🔹 1. Refund Policy

a) Digital Products (PDF Assignments)

  • No Refund will be provided once a PDF assignment has been successfully delivered via email or WhatsApp.
  • If you receive an incorrect file or incomplete assignment, you must notify us within 24 hours. We will resolve the issue by sending the correct/revised document at no additional cost.

b) Handwritten Assignments

  • We do not offer refunds for handwritten assignments once writing work has started, as these are custom-made and non-reusable.
  • In rare cases of damage during shipping or delivery failure caused by our error, we may offer a replacement or partial refund based on assessment.

🔹 2. Cancellation Policy

a) PDF Orders

  • Cancellations can be requested within 1 hour of placing the order, provided the PDF has not yet been delivered.

b) Handwritten Orders

  • Cancellations are allowed within 2 hours of order confirmation. After this window, cancellations are not accepted as manual work begins immediately.

🔹 3. Eligibility for Refund (Exceptional Cases Only)

A refund will only be considered in the following situations:

  • Duplicate payment made for the same order
  • Wrong assignment delivered and not corrected within 48 hours
  • Order not fulfilled at all (in rare cases)

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5–7 working days through the original payment method or UPI.

  • Change of mind after placing the order

  • Assignments rejected by university due to student negligence or non-compliance with university norms
